The concept of sustainability, which is a step towards protecting the natural and cultural heritage to be left to future generations, has significantly shaped the future of the business world as well as creating individual change in society.

- A 'Memorial Forest' project was implemented on the Konya-Antalya highway to prevent the cutting down of 3200 trees annually through the recycling of waste, aiming to leave a cleaner and more beautiful world for future generations.
- With the modernization we have achieved in our packaging system, theamount of waste has been reduced by 70%.
- Glass (kitchen), paper (office), and metal waste generated from household and office use are regularly stored in our facility and delivered free of charge to recycling facilities.

- The wood chips generated from production in our factory are used to obtain energy for the facility by burning them in a steam boiler. The emissions of flue gas and dust released into the atmosphere as a result of burning these organic wastes are regularly measured, and the obtained values remain below the limits specified in the Environmental Legislation (Regulation on Control of Industrial Air Pollution) as well as the limit values specified in world standards.

Bürotime believes that a sustainable future is possible with human resources policies that inspire young talents and support the equal and effective participation of women in business life. In recent years, Bürotime has conducted a joint project with İŞKUR to increase women's employment, providing furniture upholstery training for 10 needy women who received assistance from the governorate, stayed in shelters, and were responsible for taking care of their children alone after separating from their spouses for 39 days in production facilities. The women who earned vocational training certificates started working in Bürotime's furniture production department.
Bürotime continues to play an active role in projects aimed at developing university-industry cooperation, with the"Workplace Training" (Intern Engineering)program it conducts in collaboration with Selçuk University Faculty of Technology, aiming to accelerate the adaptation process of young engineering candidates to business life and industry.
